To be eligible, simply use one of our colour matching services before you purchase:

We’ve designed them to take the guesswork out — and we’ll verify your match method on our end.
2. Purchase a Matching Sample to be eligible for a Return.
Add the matching sample to your order with any full-size complexion product. Try the sample first; if the shade isn’t right, keep the full size sealed and you’ll be eligible for an exchange. We cover the Shipping.
3. Not the right shade? We’ll replace it!
If it’s not the perfect match, simply return the unopened product within 14 days. We’ll send a new one. Shipping's on us!

- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Guiya covers return postage within Australia.
